Hi, I’ve just installed my Duduauto DVR 2k camera along with a new 128GB SD card (formatted to exFAT) but despite finally being able to load/update the software in file manager (bdcardvr) under USB 1, the recording function is not available and the as card symbol on screen shows as red. I’ve swapped SD cards with another known working 64GB card but still no difference. I’ve clicked on ‘format SD card’ in the DVR app and nothing seems to happen. The camera shows a live image, as well as ADAS functioning but no option of recording. I know something is wrong because the recording icon on the screen is red and clicking it doesn’t do anything.
It’s like the SD card isn’t recognised for the camera to know it can start recording and yet the card(s) are fine.
Any advice gratefully received.
