A VPN app (vpnexpress) is installed on the DUDU7, but it does not activate automatically; I installed it to connect to Italian platforms when I am abroad.

DUDU-Meng I' will, but would be very strange: since I installed vpn DUDU7 worked well for a while.

DUDU-Meng After uninstalling VPNExpress, the connection returned to normal.
However, this raises two questions for me:
1) Does this mean that I will never be able to install a VPN on my device (useful for accessing content from my home country while living abroad)?
2) Why did everything work perfectly when I installed the VPN, but now it doesn't?

This issue is caused by VPNExpress. The log file also shows that it was relayed by the proxy service, preventing you from connecting to the Internet.
Therefore, you should consult the developers of VPNExpress or try switching to other VPN proxy software.

mircondini did you try switching VPN protocols within VPNexpress, like testing with openVPN instead of proprietary protocol.... just a thought.

picasso1850 for the moment I uninstalled VPNExpress and all works well... later I'll try to install the latest version and, if needed, the option you proposed. Thank you
