Nick19800 I installed the 11” Dudu 7 about 6 months ago and all has been well until the summer when I went to use my ac which wasn’t working so anyway after replacing all my ac system in the van to no avail I thought I would try the old stereo back in as it was the only thing left and to be honest I felt like I was clutching at straws and low and behold the ac works so the whole time after spending upwards of £1000 trying to fix my ac it turns out it was the Dudu 7 preventing it from working, is there a workaround otherwise this is going in the bin as it has done my head in

Nick19800 I’m using the raise canbus on the latest Dudu os, I tried selecting different vehicles of different years in the canbus settings but made no difference even trying the AC controls within the vehicle parameters still didn’t work

dudu-lai You can also download the Touch Screen Assistant APP from the App Store, then turn on the Beta protocol, open the air conditioner UI (snowflake icon) of the Touch Screen Assistant, and verify whether the air conditioner also has this problem.
