PIP DPI (set to high, still too small for me)

Hey. I am somewhat visually challenged yet still allowed to drive. I would like to get a DPI simmilar to Android Auto for my PIP navigation. I know how to change it, but the highest option is still kinda small for when I'm driving. It would be great if we could set it for the whole OS too. There is a setting in developer options, but that gets reset on reboot I think.

This is maybe a tad too large. But yea, please let me set it with a slider to whatever, I'll find the ideal setting myself.

Hi, I'm new here. SW dev by trade. So far I am liking the flexibility of the setup. I have more issues I'll be asking about shortly. But even with these, it's amazing a universal infotainment unit exists in this quality. The fact I can code an app to send whatever CAN message I want is just the best.

I feel the same way.
Is this really such a difficult issue to fix? On 7862-based devices, we could adjust the DPI using root access.
But after switching to the DUDU7 7870 device, the problems have only gotten worse.

Please, at the very least, add a feature to let us adjust the DPI—especially for the navigation app.
Why should we have to read text meant for a 32-inch monitor on an 11.5- or 13-inch screen?

If changing the system DPI does not work, it means that these apps do not support calling the system DPI. They use their own display layout, so there is nothing you can do about it.
