Keep the 7z archive intact, no extraction needed
Select "Local Update" in the OTA application
Note: Beta firmware not supported
Traditional USB Installation
Extract 7z files to USB drive root directory
Insert USB drive into the head unit and wait for auto-installation
- To perform factory reset, add "Factory Reset" file
- Voice assistant not included in this firmware
- To keep original voice assistant, remove "AllAppUpdateA13.bin"

For DUDU5/6(7862) users:

Any update on the following issues? installing 3.6E has not helped
The PIP bug thats causing igo, sygic and waze to say not responding in PIP mode tried tweaking every setting but its still happening, it must be a bug in PIP as I can open any of the 3 programs in full screen and it never happens.

I use Waze in PIP all the time, no issues on this version, 3.6 or the previous betas.

Same problem with pip and Waze. I also have problem with pip and YouTube music. YouTube music is working in full screen but not working from pip. Dudu7 3.6 os.

robdx2 I’m experiencing the same issue – in the DUDUOS (3.6E) system, I noticed a change in how the text-to-speech (TTS) engine interacts with the FM radio. Previously, when navigation apps (such as Sygic or Google Maps using Google TTS) provided voice instructions, the FM radio volume would temporarily decrease and then automatically return to its original level once the instructions ended.

After the latest update, TTS now completely mutes the FM radio – and what’s worse, the volume no longer returns automatically. The radio remains silent until I manually reselect the station. It seems that the system not only fails to lower the radio volume, but also fully suspends the FM app – there’s no sound whatsoever.

Starting with version 3.6, the launcher does not maintain DPI. It always resets to large DPI.

DUDU team need to name things better, like Focus or Surround should be Time Alignment, fader and DTS should be off by default.

Also, DUDU development team should create their own USB drivers, so that those looking to expand their sound system are able to use True bit perfect USB audio out.

I use an external USB dongle for WiFi, because when I put the SIM card in the slot on the device, it always restarts.
