• DUDU OSFunction Request
  • OEM TPMS

Hello,

can it be possible that 3rd party TPMS receiver could read OEM TPMS?
In Germany me must have TPMS installed and we cannot use 3rd party TPMS because we may not drive on the roads anymore.
I hope you know what i mean.

Whether the OEM TPMS is supported by the DUDUOS depends on the level of CANBUS compatibility with your specific vehicle model.

In some cases, if the CANBUS protocol and messages are fully compatible between the vehicle and the DUDUO unit, then it may be possible for the DUDUO to read and display the data from the factory TPMS sensors. However, this is not guaranteed and varies from one car model to another.

In this case, I would recommend checking with your supplier to see if they have specific information about TPMS compatibility with your vehicle.

I will test. I bought a universal TPMS receiver that also can read Suzuki code.

JhonnyD Show me your universal TPMS receiver,Maybe DUDU can add support for such devices in the future

YAOXILONG I will. I think i will receive it until Saturday.

      Is it possible?

I bought this one. It can handle 99% of the sensors on the market.

JhonnyD TPMS for EU cars, this device can display values?

dudu-lai Yes. TireMoni is a USB receiver that can read nearly all TPMS on the market.
But you need the app to see the values.
Without the implementation of the app you can't see the values on the desktop or in the DUDU widgets.

JhonnyD How does this device connect to your car?

The receiver is connected to USB of the head unit.
And connected via Bluetooth to the head unit.
And it receives the 433Mhz signal from the TPMS.
But i am not an engineer from TireMoni.
I think you can get all informations from their site or via mail, maybe.
