  • TomTom GO doesnt load most of the time

I'm not sure if this is a system or launcher bug.

Mekede DUDU7 13in running DUDU OS v3.6 (this problem also happened with previous versions).

I use "TomTom GO" navigation in PIP, and having been doing so for about 6 months.
About 50% of the time after DUDU power-on, the TomTom app comes up with it's splash screen and "Loading app", and sits there doing nothing. The other 50% of the time, it works just fine.
It is not related to having internet access or not (no SIM card, so mostly off-line).
I can't find a cause for it.

If i go into the TomTom app information and force-kill the app, sometimes it'll start working, other times it wont and have the same problem. Ive tried clearing the app's data, cache, etc, it makes no difference.
The TomTom app is updated frequently, and I use it on other Android devices with no problems at all.

I tested it here, and if there is no network connection when starting up for the first time, Tomtom Go cannot enter the main interface normally. Tomtom Go requires a network connection to start up for the first time. You can test the startup plug-in, which is not navigation, and then switch to navigation PIP after the network connection is successful to see if it works normally.

    DUDU-Meng Genau das ist mir auch aufgefallen. Da es kein bug von DUDU ist, habe ich das nicht gemeldet.
