I know updating firmware could be hazardous. I already done low-level updating firmware on several electronic devices.
My principal concern is that my dudu7 unit is new by october but is "out-to-dated".
I am aware of new firmwares are often made for correcting bug. But is it the case here ? No new function, improvement of any sort, etc....
Perhaps with a detailed changelog of all versions it would be more clear. I didn't find the changelog of these firmware.
I also read somewhere, here or XDA, that general DuduOS updates are not cumulative. If you miss few updates, you possibly miss some features not implemented in last update
