I’m experiencing an issue with the backup camera connected to my DUDU4 head unit. Initially, when I first installed the camera, I received a video signal, although the image was slightly distorted with faint horizontal lines across the screen.
On the second day of use, the image began to flicker and cut in and out intermittently. By the third day, the screen now displays only a black image when the backup camera is activated—there is no visible video feed at all.
Additionally, I’ve found the wiring instructions to be confusing. The manual included with the unit appears to be for a DUDU6 model, which differs from the DUDU4. I reached out to one of your colleagues for assistance, and she provided a wiring guide (please see the attached pictures). However, I believe the instructions may not be correct.
Could you please review the images and provide the correct wiring diagram specifically for the DUDU4 unit? I’d appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
