I was wondering if it’s possible to download all updates directly to unit using wifi?

The system version pushed by the server can be downloaded and updated using the System Update App, while the unpushed test version needs to be downloaded manually and upgraded manually.

And where would I find the system update App?

The system update app is the app with the blue OTA icon and the white cloud with the "up arrow"..
Note also that OTA updates are done sqeuentially.
It means that if you are a few updates behind, you have to:

check for updates
download update
install update

And that maybe 2-4 times in a row.
I also had to do that last week or so when I hadn't used my car for over a week.
