Trouble I can confirm this is happening on 7862. Only the volume is muted. The song is not physically paused.

Trouble Man, you reported the bug. Now we wait for an answer. I only confirmed your post. And next time please provide a screenshot with the system info like I have. Read the section ¨how to correctly report bugs¨. I don't want to be mean but the devs must now the system info in order to test and find a solution for our problems.
I think this is the MUTE function. So you turn the sound to 0 instead of pausing the playback.
ciubaka That's right. Mute and pause are different functions.

DUDU-HUANG I understand what you mean. But in my case (Corolla 2019) the pause function is activated by pressing longer on the Mode Button. And with OEM unit it worked, it physically stopped the song and resumed it from where it was. Now instead of pause when I press longer on Mode i have mute.
Don't we have press and long press?
If not, maybe that could be useful.

How did you use the steering wheel buttons? Go to Setup>Vehicle>SWC to learn manually or do not make any settings?
caolz to be honest I haven't done nothing. I have a canbus so I was thinking memorising the action of the SWC buttons won't work.
