DUDU 5 Strange Pop UP window on start

Hello i have a strange problem with DUDU 5 9.5" . When the ACC comes on, a window appears every time the unit starts.The car is Renault Megane 3 with HiWorld canbus.I added a photo of the problem if helps.

kataraman check the settings under:

Vehicle - Startup Settings - App to open at start

Check if the vehicle information app is selected, if yes, remove the selection

Also check the following setting area, just in case you added it and did not realise (highly unlikely)

Additional Features - Tasks

Make sure there isn’t a task set to open the vehicle information app, if there is? Delete this.

CHR12345 Thanks for the info after update of 3.6 duduos at the start up settings the Vehicle Settings have been checked and that the issue of my problem.Thanks again have a nice day!!!
