sfknasty isn't USB 96kHz? Also, when selecting 96kHz on optical out, does ot play 96kHz or up sample it to that? There's processing involved which isn't ideal. Even on USB out, it is not 100% unprocessed bit perfect signal, though, cleaner than Optical.

      Michalisgk What exactly do you mean by Opel?? Generally, communication with CAN in Zafira C 2012 is ok. Unfortunately, the air vents/air conditioning panel does not work properly. Not every function wakes up the air vents panel on the head unit

          Question: if I do a factory reset does it go to 3.5 or 3.6? Just wondering.

            Feedback for new A/C control panel, i have Peugeot 308 T9 2014.
            When i set CAN Protocol to "RCZ-308-2014", it say "A/C Control not supported", but if i switch to a supported protocol, like RCZ Peugeot 3008, it work well, but i lost the "call button" function.
            I think you can add RCZ Peugeot 308 T9 to supported device, it work perfectly !

            Question:

            • Is it possible to change bluetooth name "DUDUAUTO" ?
            • For Radio app: is it possible to clean image from radio station ?

            If you're on DUDUOS 3.6, it stays on 3.6.

              why would I get a 'verification failed. version may be too old' error message. Im using 250515 file and tried downloading direct onto dudu7 and also tried using usb

                urobbert because it's not the OTA enabled version, as stated in the first post. Needs to be unpacked to USB root, just like a beta.

                  I have a dudu7 and so i tried with the USB option, formatted the drive with FAT32, extracted the downloaded file on that drive. Bu the way, there is a zip within the downloaded file. I did extract the individual files within that nested zip file.

                  I am plugging that in any of the USB sockets at my disposal, i.e. the original of my car, the two connected with the supplied cable to the dudu unit. None of them seem to trigger the update. I rebooted with the drive connected, no luck. I do see the drive and the files but it just does not seem to trigger the installation of the update. Is there something I am doing wrong. Is it possible to manually trigger the update and how should I do that? Thanks in advance.

                    Make sure you are downloading the correct file version for your device, there are three versions DUDU7, DUDU5/6 and DUDU3/4.

                    The files contained within the zip file downloaded here must be copied to the USB exactly to the root of the USB, do not add this zip file to the USB and then extract, it just causes a mess.

                    With the zip file within the zip file downloaded here, do not extract, it must remain a zip file.

                    If you want to keep your personal data, apps, settings.. your done, safely eject the usb and plug into the head unit.

                    Completely wipe everything
                    If you want to wipe everything (all personal details, apps, settings) move the files within the folder labelled ‘restore’ to the root with the other files leaving that folder empty.

                              I updated from version 3.6 beta 5 directly from the downloaded file and there were no problems

                              Evollove Instead of unpacking to a pendrive, try unpacking to internal memory and then copying the files to the pendrive. Make sure that the large archive file inside the downloaded file is unpacked correctly. Some file managers do not do this correctly and the unpacked file has 0 bytes

                                    Haven’t tried much yet but my hotspot problem has finally been resolved 👍

                                    One thing I noticed is that the option to hide the taskbar is no longer there. Maybe it’s somewhere else now? Not a big problem but it would be convenient to hide it.
