  • How to give correct feedback on bugs

Ariel First of all. Why would you post here? There are some sections in this forum. Second, if you would give more details on what type of car you have, maybe someone could help you. I don't want to be mean, at all. But let's try to keep the things tidy.

      MihaiFlorin Hi, friend. I just didn't see any posts that talk about sound quality and I'm having problems with that. I have a Chevrolet Aveo/Sonic. year 2012. In addition to the speakers that the car comes with from the factory, several years ago I placed 2 JBL 3-way speakers in the rear. The sound with the S160 is excellent. It has a 3D sound effect that makes it seem like everything sounds like it's live. And a very precise X over for bass. You go from 40hz to 50hz and you notice that subtle difference. And the precision of the bass is excellent. But with Dudu7 I can't achieve the same sound quality. And it seems like I'm listening to poor quality mp3 files. The sound is artificial and inconsistent. I have tried all possible configuration alternatives. Just Eq, adding delay, boost, DTS, etc. But there's no way it sounds good.

        The bluetooth tethering option wich is a normal option keeps a problem in all fyt and non fyt headunits.
        I don't understand why it is so difficult to implement that correct. because it is normal when you have a mobile phone with data abbo you have connected already to call handsfree that you can enable tethering on the phone to headunit so the headunit can use the data of the mobile wich is very common accross all over the world.

        After updating to the new version, the canbus no longer works. Is there any other way to fix it?

          Nghia2887 No need to spam. You posted this in two threads already. If you have read the above article you would see that the system screenshot/photo would help the devs a lot in finding your problem. This is a forum and not a chat. Post correctly and wait for your answers. Try not to spam.

            I don't know why but the animation of the doors only works if the engine is running, it seems like a bug, the latest version is installed, the same thing happened with the previous one, the controls, air controls, everything works except the doors if I stop the engine

                  Have you updated before from a USB stick? You must download the Dudu7 version (7z archive)from this forum.

                  Extract the zip archive to a desktop
                  The files from the resulted folder (not the folder, but only the files) must be copied to the root of a FAT32 formatted USB stick. Insert it to unit and you should get a message that an update is available. Extract the USB stick only after the green message with "update succesful,please remove....." appears.

                  If you want to do a "clean" flash you must move the files from Factory Reset folder together with the other 4 files:

                  DUDU AUTO
                  lsec6318update
                  readme.txt
                  When you open your stick the files should look like this
                  If you have these files on your stick it should start a factory reset.

                    Disculpa si he entendido ... los archivos de la carpeta FACTORY RESET que se descomprimió los debo sacar afuera de la carpeta ok. (y la carpeta la dejo ai (los archivos los corto y pego afuera de la carpeta o simplemente los copio y pego) ultima ayuda por favor

                      Pedro13 You must not move those files. Leave them to the root of the USB stick. In the Factory reset folder you have some files (AllAppUpdateA13.bin, config.txt, updatecfg.txt) you must move these files together with those ones in the root of the USB so at the end it will look as in the picture above. This only if you want factory reset.
