Hi, I looked for all the CANbus parameters in my new Dudu7 and I can only find a recent Suzuki Swift option in OD under OD-Suzuki-All. And it doesn’t work. Do you have a recommendation?
CANbus setup for Swift 2020
Raise/vw/pq/low
Thanks unfortunately it is not working. I’ll try other Suzuki cars

I came accros a setup guide for all makes on teyes website, the only option for Suzuki given was ignis 2016-2020 which was Raise(RZC)>SUZUKI>IGNIS>2016
Its worth a try as I can't get an exact match for my mercedes c180 2006, nearest is b200/viano but it works
It does not work when you set it to Suzuki/model
If you have a OD-LM-01 adapter you have to set it to raise/vw/pq/low
This was told by the DUDU devs.
But there seems to be hiword adapters for Suzuki, but i don't know what you have to set in DUDU
Thanks for the suggestions. I tried the following ones without success:
- RZC/Suzuki//Ignis/2016
- Hiworld/Suzuki/Scross/2022 (hi/med/low) all three variants
- Hiworld/Suzuki/Baleno/2023
- Hiworld/Suzuki/Fronx/2023
- OD/Suzuki/All/OD
JhonnyD, appreciate the external CANbus decoder suggestion. "OD-LM-01" seems easily available. How do you connect it to the head unit? Do you need a Y type harness to connect both to Dudu7 and to the OD-LM-01 decoder?
I just saw that the first input in Dudu7 ("C" above the fan) says "Audio and CAN", I guess this where you connect the OD-LM-01?
Or maybe it comes with its own harness, in which you need to make sure it is Dudu7 compatible
Hi, I bought the special harness with the OD-LM-01 box. Plugged the wired OBD2 and the CANbox connector on the head unit side… and nothing happens (I tried both Raise/vw/pq/low and Hi). I reset the unit a few times. Nothing is detected. Not the opening door, Not the AC on/off or temperature, Not the reverse gear. Is there something else to do?
It did say Swift 2020 compatible

Since the other features of the head unit work ok (except all the USB-A and C plugs, see other post), I asked the harness manufacturer to confirm the compatibility with my vehicle. In terms of connectivity you can’t be wrong (main connector and CANbus decoder out towards the head unit ; wired OBD2, connector towards the OD-LM-01 decoder, FM antenna) don’t need the green OEM cam connector because I have the 360 cams.

Hi is there a way to check that the CANbus decoder is working properly? Because I didn’t witness any change when I plugged it in the head unit (door opening, AC on/off, proximity radar, etc. Nothing is detected) so either the harness is not wired properly or the decoder is not functional

I contacted the CANBus harness manufacturer and they recommended RZC-VW-MQB All-XX settings. There is an improvement, the car OEM categories are recognized (displayed with specific icons) but as soon as I tried to change any of them, the change is rejected. And of course the "events" (opening the door, open the AC, etc.) are not recognized or displayed.
I tried with all sub categories Low / High AMP / Mixed / 360 Retrofit / Mixed same symptoms all around
I ordered another "OD-LM-01" harness from another manufacturer (after asking for their recommendation of the specific model). But this "trial and error" situation is a little bit annoying. I am ok with "not everything OK out of the box", but just getting actionable information is difficult and the cost just keeps going up...
Is there a possible setting in the "Factory setting" sub menu?
