Unable to use bluetooth. Dudu media playback crashing on phone bluetooth connect

Can you tell me if the 07 number doesn't show contacts , is it not found in the contacts?
If so, can you provide us with a few sets of the same numbers and names so that we can test them?

The named contacts show in contacts list, but recents only show numbers beginning 07. +44 numbers show the name.

It's any number beginning 07 eg. 07848 817614

Bluetooth constantly reconnect problem, you enter the system upgrade APP, more upgrade There is a Bluetooth firmware upgrade.
Upgrade the latest Bluetooth firmware and test the problem again.

Every time it happened before, a phone reboot would be the ultimate test - it always broke the connection again. But after BT FW update, and a phone reboot, everything is still working great!!! Will try a few more reboots of Dudu and phone, but al seems well.

You can test the issue of displaying numbers starting with 07 by upgrading to the latest Beta5 system

When is the update expected for Dudu 6? Because I can't use Android Auto at all. Music is always interrupting, and I need to turn off the Bluetooth every time.
Or maybe I can connect to Android Auto directly without Bluetooth somehow?

I have installed the updated archive. I go to the System upgrade APP - More upgrade - Bluetooth firmware - Local update - and chosen 'blinkfile.bin'. Everything correct?

But I'm still have the problem. After connecting the device to Android Auto when I listen to Youtube Music it freezes every 3 seconds. I think the problem is with Bluetooth that tries to reconnect every 3 seconds for some reason. Here is what I see on my Google Pixel 7 Pro device.

I have a similar problem with my Samsung S24fe. I can play all media through my Bluetooth and Android auto except phone calls do not route through the car speakers I have tried all options on these forums and I am unable to get my phone to work through my car speakers. This problem does not exist on any other of my Android head units in my other cars only the dudu7 device. Please help.

The call function of Android Auto still requires Bluetooth communication. Are your Android Auto and Bluetooth connected at the same time?
If both are connected, please check whether the phone switch is turned on in the Bluetooth pairing settings on your phone.

The DUDU4 has the same Bluetooth as the DUDU5, integrated into the system.
DUDU6/7 are Qualcomm 3031 Bluetooth modules, only 3031 modules can be upgraded separately.

do you know if a update will come to fix the problem with this issue. I have tried everything to get my siriusxm bt radio to work on bluethooth on my dudu4 stereo, it will connect but disconects after about 5 seconds

Hi! I'm having bluetooth problems too (DUDU7), but when I try to download the Bluetooth Firmware update it keeps getting stuck in "Pending". Do you have the file for downloading manually for DUDU7?

I can't recall exactly as it was some time ago I updated the Bt firmware, but I think I remember mine being stuck too. I think when it was pending I hit either pause or cancel and then had the option to continue (or words to that effect). After continuing it downloaded and installed fine

are we going to get a fix for this bluetooth problem with dudu 4? I tried my sirius bt radio on another brand of android stereo and it worked with no problems, so the problem is in the software for the dudu4. can we please get a fix.
