Mekede-mall clearly sent me the wrong canbus box with my HU. They sent me the Simple Soft (XP) GM-SS-05 which only works with the GMLAN 29bit. My 2010 Cobalt is 11bit. They are now telling me "If you want to buy a new CANBUS, there will be a charge. The price is not high, but the shipping cost is very expensive now. It is recommended that you search for relevant CANBUS on Amazon.". That is a bunch of BS! Send me the correct GM-rz-01 like you should have from the beginning!

It seems the HU and the canbus device see each other but that's about it. None of the very basic functions work, not even ACC.

The folks over at the Mekede-mall said they would be sending me the Raise GM-RZ-01. They said they will be sending me a note before it ships and it's been about 24 hours.
