How to force hide the navbar

Hi! DUDU7 9 inch unit here. I'm trying to figure out how to force the navbar to hide while I'm using different video apps, like Disney+ but it seems like unless the app has a genuine "fullscreen" button, there's no other way to force the navbar to hide. Is there any other way I can make it collapse while in certain apps? I haven't found any way yet.

Yes, if you go to settings and locate the Navbar area, change it to custom and you can add or remove icons on this.

The following icon when tapped hides the Navbar (not sure if it’s available if the Navbar is set to the side)

To get the Navbar back, you then just swipe up from the button of the screen
