  • Contacts (records) from iPhone don't get synchronized on BT phone app

i have same issue with dudu 7, i wear mi band 8 pro, i mean my contacts ar synchronized, but with wrong name, for ex my wife got my mom name...and thats not good syncronization

    Go to Setup>About
    Long press the image in the upper left corner to pop up the version information interface, then take a photo.

    If your system version is older, you can try updating the system and see if this issue still exists.

        caolz This problem is still present in the latest firmware. In my case I have a Huawei GT5 Pro paired with the iPhone. But in this case I get the message to "allow contacts to sync" although this permission is allowed in the Bluetooth settings. Even if I don't have anything paired to the phone (only DUDU7), sometimes I get the message "contacts are not synced" and sometimes it brings only numbers not names. I have to sync again to have the names and eventually the pictures of the contacts.
