YAOXILONG Unfortunately, it seems that there may be a hardware failure. If all the current cameras are not working, try to remove all the cameras and see if the device is working normally. Next contact after-sales services.
dudu-lai AdiX A faulty camera will cause the rest of the cameras to go black (but not damaged). Have you replaced the front camera, the front cable, and the B-zone connector?
AdiX dudu-lai I don't know what is B Zone connector. I tried switching, reconnecting, all the cameras and that main connector too which collects all the cameras connectors and bring them into the headunit (maybe is this B Zone connector?) the front camera and extension cord are brand new.
AdiX It's all started with a little vibrating on the front and then I had black screen for all. Then it tried to start and crash continuously. After a factory reset it stopped it. With the new 3.5 OS 3 cameras of the 4 started to work... Tyler said to me check what if I change the cameras wires. All the cameras worked well wherever I plugged them. The front was the only one with black screen. I got a new one and when it arrived the original camera started to work but after a few days again stopped. Then I changed it for the new but I still have black screen. After it I changed the front wire extension cord too for a brand new one...still black screen. After a few months using about a weeks ago all of my cameras stopped working... and now I still have black screen.

Wanted Did you solve the problem? The same thing happens with my radio. Please tell me how you solved it.
AdiX Wanted Not yet. I changed all the cables, tried the cameras too... The only last try is that collector main cable/wire what you can see above. Funny because the car is at my electronic specialist right today. I will write what happened. I contacted with other experts too and we have an idea...the heat ruined the 360 chip soldering (because it was a poor quality) so I need somebody and maybe you too who can replace the chip. Hopefully just the soldering melted and nothing bigger problem happened with the chip.
AdiX Wanted Yes! We replaced the original headunit with the brand new one and we have the same problem. It's insane... So we have to think that the original front camera broke and the second one what I got in warranty came already broken... I don't know what is the chance for that but looks like after a year and a lot of money (2 pieces of Duduauto 7 12/512) finally we will find the problem... I'm so angry, but what can I do?! I hope I will get a nice compensation because this extremely big mistake...of course the biggest question is still that can this be true?! Insane... I will write here after the support help me... it's easily can be 1 month... better if I say nothing now... just think...1 year...more than 1K $...
