I bought the strongest DUDU7 (DUDU7 12/512GB 360IC).
First everything was fine and worked well after I setup the cameras.
Then the front one started to vibrate and after it stopped working.
I contacted with Tyler (Alibaba support) and we thought maybe the camera or the wire the problem but for sure I checked (it was Tyler idea) what happens if I switch the side cameras wires and the back camera wire. I have got the picture from every cameras except the front one (if I change it to the side the side was black screen, if the back then the back was black and so on...). So we thought the problem should come frome the front wire or from the front camera. First we changed the camera for a brand new one but it didn't help (still black screen) so then we changed the front wire too but it didn't solve the problem. Today the machine started working so strangely...it worked like I start to touch it continuously (like /in the old days/ sticky key on PC) on random points. When it stopped to do it I recognized that non of my cameras working anymore... just black screen from every cameras...
I rebooted the machine, but of course it didn't help so after a few try I made a factory reset but I still have black screen. 360 camera malfunction
Unfortunately, it seems that there may be a hardware failure. If all the current cameras are not working, try to remove all the cameras and see if the device is working normally. Next contact after-sales services.
Where can I select CBVS output for the rear cam?? Please help me

It's all started with a little vibrating on the front and then I had black screen for all. Then it tried to start and crash continuously. After a factory reset it stopped it. With the new 3.5 OS 3 cameras of the 4 started to work...
Tyler said to me check what if I change the cameras wires. All the cameras worked well wherever I plugged them. The front was the only one with black screen. I got a new one and when it arrived the original camera started to work but after a few days again stopped. Then I changed it for the new but I still have black screen. After it I changed the front wire extension cord too for a brand new one...still black screen. After a few months using about a weeks ago all of my cameras stopped working... and now I still have black screen.
