Hello @dudu-lai ! I'm experiencing a loud thump/popping sound on startup with my Dudu7. Everything on SWC with Canbus is working - would you be able to suggest any options for me -

My car is a Fiat 500e 2016, from what I understand it does have a factory amp, I have not been able to make any changes on the Vehicle settings for the amplifier setting through canbus settings.

If the AMP settings or volume in the vehicle information cannot be adjusted (non-CANBUS activated AMP), it is usually activated by the control line. Can you confirm this?

I'm not able to use this version because it make my MCU key not working properly, not able to reconfigure the key with MCU key app either

dudu-lai Review request approved! Yes - correct, using amp-c line is connected and is how the dudu7 is activated. But I still cannot make any changes to the actual settings through the vehicle information screen.

Should I be using a different canbus vehicle setting?

longone No, you just need to update the MCU firmware.
Please make sure to connect the car AMP control line using the AMPcont cable on the A connector of the DUDU.

Janebo MCU version 20250715 has been released. Currently, no other users have reported abnormal MCU button operation. What kind of button are you using?
