2017 RAM 1500 install

For the mosts part, install is done. Now I just need to configure this thing. Canbus is not working. No sterring wheel controls work. Can someone give me the steps needed to get DuduAuto configured. What is the correct canbus box ype? 2017 Ram 1500

This is what I bought. I'd have to uninstall for a pic of the canbus.

SFDonovan not really a manual, more trial and error. I got the same unit as you but for a 2019 ram

Thats just it. Nothing tells me what the correct canbus is for my vehicle. I've been trying XPSimple > Dodge > RAM 1500 > High Auto... but that doesn't seem to work. No rear camera. No sterring wheel functions work.

I have automatic climate controls... not the manual ones.

I took this down to a local audio shop for the install. They had done several Android installs in the past with only a 50% success rate of all the features that are supposed to work.

Is the C connector on the back of the radio connected?

The only connector I found ewith the correct pin count camed from the canbus. I attatched it but it was no help. Steering wheel still does not integrate with head unit.

SFDonovan You don't even have the C connector plugged in all the way.
