I have an E53 and havne't figured this out either, but hopefully someone else here has. Also, which canbus box do you have? I have been trying to get the dynamic lines in the parking cameras to work, but I can't get the steering angle sensor data from the canbus box!

I didn’t have any trouble with the rear camera on mine. It worked right away.
Are there any other CANBUS boxes that are compatible with my car that might work for this?
Thanks Lai. I granted access.
Thanks! Here's a link to the video showing the CANBUS data: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Z8cB04ccvbbNVF1igwzAv2Tdun6WnNGR/view?usp=drive_link

1. Specific problem encountered: Dynamic lines not moving with steering wheel in any view of the camera view (360, front or back).
2. Vehicle Make/Model/Year: 2005 BMW X5 (E53 model).
3. CANBUS Box Model:
4. System Information:
5. CANBUS Recording: I have recorded a video, but the website is telling me that I cannot upload a video greater than 150mb (the file is 8.7mb). Is there a way to email you the video? This is one of my biggest frustrations with the 360 camera systems. I only bought it so that I could see the blind spot with the turn signal, but the software doesn't allow it to show. Technically the 360 camera system can see the blind spots already... the software just needs to be changed so that it shows the blind spots.
I've created the CANBUSLog folder in the root directory of the file manager and switched on both of the above items, but no log file is showing up. Am I missing something?
I am able to display CANBUS info on screen, and when I turn the steering wheel, it appears CANBUS data shows up on screen. Are there any settings such to make the "Set Trajectory Line to Static" option in Reverse Guidelines show up?
Thanks.
Thanks. I have set that and also the selection to export to a txt file, but it doesn’t seem to export anywhere. I have checked all folders. Is this saved somewhere different to in beta4?
Thanks. I tried to follow the instructions in your link, but I can’t fine the “print stock vehicle canbus” option (I have the beta4). Where is this?
Agreed with this post!
I have quite a few options in the track style (5 or 6?):
Here is the canbus I have, which was sold in a kit for my 2005 BMW X5:
Here is the setting I am using in the vehicle > canbus (I have also tried all E53/E39/E46 combos with high/low):
Any idea why I can't get dynamic lines?
Thanks again. Weird that mine isn't showing up. My car has a steering angle sensor, and it definitely goes through the canbus. Also, I think all the other functions of the canbus work on my DUDU7 (doors show open/closed, turn signals, reverse indication, etc.).
Anyone know if there's a software setting I need to change to active the "set trajectory line to static" option above?
Thanks again for the response. I don't see an option for trajectory lines anywhere in the vehicle settings (or any settings). Below are screenshots of the only things that are even remotely close. Am I missing something?
Bumping this to the top. I'm hopeful someone has found a way to view the blind spot more clearly. I'm finding the left and right turn signal cameras to be a bit of a gimmick if you can't clearly see the blind spot.
I updated to beta version 4. I've selected everything under canbus>reverse camera options, but I don't think there is anything specifically about dynamic lines. Do you know what the english version option is labeled for the dynamic lines?
Also, is there a canbus firmware update that I should be doing?
Thank you! I'll try upgrading to beta version 4.
I have installed the DUDU7 in my 2005 BMW X5 (the E53) with a 360 camera system. It mostly works great. However, the dynamic lines are not working (they stay fixed straight on the screen). It appears the 2005 BMW X5 has a stability control system, so this information should be able to be read by the DUDU7.
Any thoughts on how to fix this?
Also, other posts suggest that you may need to update the operating system on the head unit. When I try to use the update app on the head unit, it tells me I am using the latest operating system. Is there another way to update the operating system? What is the latest operating system that fixes this?
Thanks.
I have installed the DUDU7 with a 360 camera. I have also calibrated with the calibration mat. It works mostly great. However, where the front and side cameras connect, there is a slight blur between the two cameras that I can't seem to fix, like this:
Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks.
Hi. I have a DUDU7 with 360 cameras. I really like that the display automatically shows the right and left cameras when I use the turn signal/indicator, but the angle it shows isn't really helpful. I want it to show my blind spot, something like this:
No matter how much I pan and tilt, it want change the left/right camera angles to something like this. The best I can get is this:
Is there a way to change the left/right camera angles to point directly at the blind spot?
Thanks.
