  • 2003 Audi A6/S6 C5 Can Bus Issues

Hi, I own a late 2003 Audi S6 with OEM Audi Navigation Plus with factory mobile phone and 6 button steering wheel control. There wasn't to much documentation on that specific head unit but I installed the DUDU7 headunit and so far it works flawless. However, with the Harness i ordered i got a LZ(HZ) canbus decoder which apparently only made 4 out of the 6 steering wheel control buttons work, no A/C, no door detection, no reverse detection and so on.
After hours of troubleshooting, chatting and waiting responses I ordered another canbus decoder, this time it's the HiWorld AU10.20. That one apparently isn't recognized at all.
Since I was always asked if the wiring is correct, i drew a wiring diagram, in case anyone wants to know, I'll attach it.
This is the screenshot with the old LZ(HZ) box, it always states "unknown can-protocol". Tried several different settings, A6, A4, A3. If they worked, it was only the 4 steering wheel buttons, no more.

Any chance that's going to be updated?

Do you have a companion cable when you use the HiWorld CANBUS box?
Or did you use the LZ cable with HiWorld?

Used the same cable, from what the seller told me, pinout is the same, he provided this:

LZ: 1/5
HiWorld: 0/5

I'm honestly disappointed since nothing works as it is supposed. Since I received my device I try to get things working but in fact nobody knows, which canbus box is compatible. Bought the Hiworld only because the Mekede seller chat recommended it during troubleshooting but it's not implemented into DUDU OS at all right now.
I don't want to buy additional 10 decoders to just figure out they're not supported.
I can send logs of the LZ box if needed, Hiworld not working at all - if you need to see I can also make some logs of that.
Just need to know what is the best way to go right now?

    Messi No need to try another CANBUS box, you already have two.
    Using LZ's box, print out the AC (physical button that operates the car's air conditioner)/Door (opens and closes the main driver's door no less than 5 times) data, record it with your cell phone camera and send it to us!
