Black screen when engine start

Hi there. Need some advice/help.

While car key turn to ON. Dudu7 (6gb model) function normally. When start the engine the screen goes black. With backlight on.

And few times it is the other way around.

Hi, please try disconnecting the G6/G7 wires, will this solve the problem?
If the above does not work, please measure the voltage at G2 and G3 when you start the car, what are their respective V's?

Hi. Thanks for the response. Issue still the same. Not solve.

I have check and confirmed that both G6/G7 not connected to anything.

As for the volts:

Before engine start:
Around 12volts for both G2/G3

Around 13volts for both G2/G3

Both power consistently maintain its voltage before and after engine starts. Which is 12v and 13v

So is this the required volts for dudu7? Normally when u start the engine, it will cut off power supply around 1sec before the engine running.

Hi. Just to update. Issue solved! Got assist from Duduauto telegram global group. Bunch of thanks to Vitaliy!

Steps:
Go to Setup - Vehicle - Start Set
Navigate to "Head Unit Statis after Ignition off" Change from "Sleep" to "Shutdown". In the ? Duduauto do recommended to set it to off.

2nd:
Navigate to Set the Delay time between ignition off.... Mine i set it to 6sec.

Chris5031 Хорошо. Просто уточню что для решения вашей проблемы не обязательно выполнять пункт 1. Достаточно было установить задержку отключения (Ваш пункт 2).

DUDU-Meng да, он уже написал в Телеграм что это ему помогло. И проблема решена.
Некоторые автомобили отключают ACC на время прокрутки стартера. Из за этого получаются такие проблемы как у пользователя. Настройка задержки выключения решает эту проблему.
