SWC not working BMW e82 HiWorld

Hello,
I just can't get my SWC to work in my e82. All that is working via CANbus is recognizing reverse gear (screen shows non existent rear view)

Things I tried after scraping together any info I could find on several threads about CANBUS in general:

Reached out to Sales (official Mekede store) setup up everything exactly as I was told
Try to Update relevant app through the DUDU (?) App store. Everything was up to date already
Get logs written to local Filesystem, via "factory settings" (no log file in is generated btw)
Looked for anything else CANBUS related in the android settings, where I found this:

Here it says "Unknown CAN Box Version!"

Hello, is the CANBUS serial port on the back of the radio in section C connected?

Bananarama Normal operation, reverse gear switching independent of C serial port

I'll find my way out myself, it really was the missing connection for (C)... seems like I disconnected it by accident while installing, never thought of it as recognizing reverse gear worked. Thanks for the help, SWC worked right away.
