USB HID not working after restart

Hello, I made a simple HID trinket for volume adjustments. It works, great, but won't work after restart, i need to reconnect it.
On my pc, on my phone, the device works no problem after restart, just my DUDU5 has this issue.
I tried USB debugging options on and off, USB OTG mode changes, no result.
Any idea, anyone?

With trinket I assume you mean a small apk. The difference between phones and car head units, is that apks get killed when the unit goes into deep sleep, apart from some system apks. Simply to make sure that "bad behaving" apks creating a wake-lock will not empty your car battery.
However, you can start apks via the task module in dudu, via settings - other - tasks.
Trigger is then (re-)start of the unit. It is better in that case to add a delay of 10-20 seconds, before you start the apk.

no, it's not an apk.
it's just a HID, that gets recognized basically by anything, be that windows, linux or android.
the solution in my case was to use not the primary USB(that is one cable from one 4pin connector), but the secondary one (two cables from one 6 pin connector)
