VGATE iCar Pro Bluetooth 3.0/4.0 couldn't be paired

Hi Dudu team,

I bought an VGATE iCar Pro Bluetooth 3.0/4.0/Wifi OBD2 Android/IOS ELM327 V2.1.
It works with my HU and Torque app (pair via Bluetooth-pair-2.8 apk, someone share in telegram channel).

I couldn't pair via Android Bluetooth setting even see my ODB device in the list, it show text box to input the pin and didn't show anything after I input the pin code (1234)

This is my HU About info:

ODB bound menu doesn't see the Android Vlink(my odb device name). I tried to bound with IOS vlink but it didn't work also.

I tried to update system with BlueToothFix ( Bluetooth type : 0, 1, 7, 8) but no luck.

Could you please help to take a look?

Предварительно спаривать с системой при подключении bt4 не нужно.

Is it possible to add additional paring mechanism ( mimic the "Bluetooth-pair-2.8 apk" options ) if the paring device is doesn't support human interface ?

With mtc platform it was possible to connect every obd.
Now we have a 600 Euro absolute fast head unit and we have to buy verified obd.

Why not make it better than other sellers?
I thought DUDUAUTO makes their own universe but when i read all this what is posted everywhere, it is not better than any other FYT.

I have exactly the same problems with connecting to ELM327 VGATE iCar Pro Bluetooth 4.0. Is there a solution to this problem?
