Rolling back to OS 3.0 for DUDU7?

I'm having the same issue with my 2007 Lexus GX470 with factory radio and BSJ CANBUS.
Did you ever resolve the issue?

The reason the sound is not lost in the video is because the recording software can record the sound inside the DUDU and there is no problem with the audio output from the DUDU unit itself.
At the point in time you mention, there is actually no sound from the car stereo. The problem is with the CANBUS box and the amplifier audio box. I consulted with BSJ/XC and they were very perfunctory, no problem solving attitude and no answer was given, I would suggest to use CANBUS boxes from other manufacturers such as RZC/Hiworld/XP!

Would you have links to where I can purchase those CANBUS boxes? Preferably from aliexpress, thanks

I'm thinking the same thing. It definitely seams like a CANBUS box issue. Do you know if I will need to change the frame and wire harness as well or just the CANBUS decoder?

The one that I currently have looks like this.

and where the harness hooks up to it looks like this.

This frame looks identical but comes with what seems to be either a LZ(HZ) or BNR CANBUS.

but the board on the frame is different and looks to be a different size connector.

I do plan on bypassing the factory amplifier and using an aftermarket amp so not sure if I can use this frame or if I need to be using this one instead.

I just like the A/C control options better on the other frame.

Psavage The frame, harness and CANBUS box are matched. All need to be replaced
