I am using the Sygic navigation app with TTS (Google TTS) voice instructions. The volume of the TTS voice is too low in combination with a music app. I am using an internet radio app (Audials) but it is the same with other music apps.
Google TTS volume too low
There is an option to set volume of navigation.
But for me it does nothing.
I have the same problem. Voices of TomTom a way to low.
indeed the sound setting has no effect
I confirm with the difference that I have an FM radio, in the advanced voice control I have to turn down the radio volume to 3, set TTS voices to 9 and I hear TTS voices. they are definitely too quiet.

@ismove @wybitny2 @JhonnyD That setting is not a setting for the navigation volume. That second control on the volume bar is for the mix ratio between music/navi. You can check it in the respective settings. If you modify the second volume control it will modify the mix settings. I made the same mistake in the beginning thinking that it will adjust the navigation volume.
MihaiFlorin it's about tts voices it always had it worked and now it's still like that only quieter than on dudu6. It always regulates as always and everything works but now it's quieter.
MihaiFlorin Nope. Not this setting. There is another one.

This settings. Klangbalance.

The option selected in the screenshot does not work. Dudu6 has no problem with this. In dudu7, selecting this option does nothing because it does not work. Dudu6, TTS voices from Google are quiet, clicking on this option causes a big change.

wybitny2 the navigation slider does nothing in my case. I can set it to 0 or 10, nothing happens.
If i set radio and or music to 3 i have to set the overall volume to 15.
The DUDU team has to work on the overall volume.
It increases not steady. From 1-6 it is good, then until 15 nearly nothing happens, then from 15-20 it is ok again.
The whole volume story needs to be reviewed.
Indeed the navigation volume has no effect. And just playing a sample message in the google tts settings menu is also too quiet. Even with the option louder checked (see picture in the message from wybitny2). So the problem i think is more related to google tts and not directly with a navigation app. The volume of the native navigation voice of Sygic (not the tts voice) is ok
Are there any plans to have this fixed in the future? Since I cannot use TTS in the navigation app (Sygic) I only get vey basic navigation instructions

I currently have a Motorola phone, previously a Samsung and this option checked does not work on any phone. The dudu os application has no error, only quiet tts voices from. There is an option to adjust them, but they are still quiet, they could be a little louder. I compare it to the FM radio app, they could be as loud as the FM radio app, then you could adjust them. Right now you have to set the FM radio to 3 and the tts voices from google to 9, then you can hear them. This is too small an adjustment. No matter what software version, it always happens dudu7.
I noticed that in this version the FM radio volume slider in the built-in voice control is at a lower voice level with the setting as in the photo. The problem is that in the case of tts voices from google navigation, sygic, the narrator is a bit quieter. This has been happening since the beginning, you always have to turn the radio down to hear the voices, in dudu 3.6 beta3 the narrator voices in sygic navigation are quieter.
