• DUDU OS
  • Custom boot logo

I am trying to set a custom boot logo but whenever I go into the settings, the logo does not appear and all I see is the DUDUAUTO logo that is selected.

I created a .bmp file 2000x1200 attached in the zip file. Is there any reason why this is not recognised?

Have you put it inside the mycar folder?

Put your custom images on a USB flash drive formatted in FAT32 inside a folder called mycar. Plug the flash drive into a USB (obviously) and in the configuration, on the screen where the current logo appears, press the right arrow. The images you have put on the USB flash drive should appear.

I have put it in the mycar folder from the root on the local disk.

The path is /storage/emulated/0/mycar/

Or do I have to put it permanently on a USB?

Is that correct?

I think that method no longer works and now you have to use a USB flash drive.

It doesn' t have to be permanent in /mycar. The system will copy it to an internal location.
