So I’ve encountered this problem with my truck twice where the engine coolant temperature gauge and A/C compressor will stop working. When this is happening my cooling fans on the radiator stay running after I shut the key off and remove it from the ignition. If I remove the negative battery terminal and put it back on it resets the issue. It’s only happened twice and I’m not sure what causes it to happen, but I suspect this is a problem with the canbus I have selected for my truck in the settings. I got my canbus harness from my previous Android radio that I purchased off of eBay. My old Android radio came preset with the right canbus option set in the settings, however I did look at it and noticed that there were three options for my truck. The dudu7 only has two options in the canbus settings. My year truck came with one of three different radio control units depending on trim level. The IOR(my model), the IOS, and the IOU. I’ve attached a picture of the label on my Raise Canbus box. I used google translate and it appears to be for a 2020 Buick Regal. Should I try setting my canbus settings to a Buick regal? Also when I plug in my Launch OBD2 scanner it doesn’t see the radio control module. It used to see it with the factory radio in there. Should I see the radio module with the dudu7 installed?
