  • Shahid: device does not follow security requirements

Hi everyone
I have dudu7 9.5” head unit and I suffer from the Android play store, i have an application named SHAHID and I download from the google play store of the device but when I try to open it, it says that the device is not supported.
Can you help me to solve this situation?
It was working on my precious head unit TS10 but this one not.

install it directly from your system

The SHAHID App has been installed properly in the dudu7 head unit but when I click on it to open, I got the message above.

OK. Your message " it says that the device is not supported." is a standard Play Store message.
I did not know you referred to a Shahid message.
In that case my answer is incorrect.

Is the android os of dudu7 official and secure?

I don' t know. It could also be missing DRM (Digital Rights Management) in dudu7.
The last year it was in the FYT firmware, as far as I can remember. I didn't and don' t need it.

I have the same problem and i think the problem that this application recognises that the device is a car display, so the application have a security for the car displays will not work with them for a safety reasons, so dudu should not make the app recognising that this is a car display to make it work.

Actually I personally think this is a very good thing. I have heard too many arguments that "I don't watch while driving, only when parked", or "only the passenger is watching".
So if DuDu stopped this possibility, I am happy about it.

Please we need a solution for this application it’s very important application in our area , i have a Joying display before dudu, the app was working perfectly with it, so please find a solution for us, the application name is “Shahid” in the google play store
