Inside the a pillar? Picture isn't too clear
Where exactly do the gps and 4g antennas go?

yasonjim I have it on the dashboard, exactly in that corner.
And the 4g antenna is somewhere behind the glovebox compartment.

yasonjim My opinion is you'll need to have in plain sight for better reception. But you can test with this app

If you are satisfied with the reception, you can hide it anywhere you want.
Ich habe vor Jahren einige Plätze ausprobiert und am Ende habe ich die GPS-Antenne auf dem Tacho, unter der Abdeckung angebracht.
So ist sie versteckt und der Empfang war 1a.
Nun habe ich ein Auto mit OEM GPS-Antenne. Wo die sitzt, weiß ich nicht, ber habe perfekten Empfang.

Never install it inside the A-pillar. I am now not talking about better or worse reception.
I am talking about the airbags inside the A-pillar. Never obstruct the proper working. You or your passenger might seriously regret it (or no longer having the option to regret it).
And I agree: Now that you mention it, the picture should be made clearer.
I put it on the roof of the glovebox and it works perfect
