How to change upper left time to 12 hour format

I changed to 12 hour format in settings but it's still not changed in the upper right. How do I change?

Currently not. The string format is made up for xx:yy.
If you want this you could ask for a feature request to make it like
if hours < 10 -> string format is x:yy
else -> string format is xx:yy.

And it should be a user setting as I really like the prefix 0, to always have a string in the same length.
