My MEKEDE DUDU7 2K 8+128g (UIS7870), 3.5 version won't receive my voice. In other words - the caller don't hear me! I've got attached bundle external mic, and my phone is sometimes connected on "DUDUAUTO" or "FYT-Android" bluetooth device - but with the same unsuccessful connections with mic. Can someone post me step by step working connection for devices?

    Gagngi When the system detects that the external microphone is plugged in, it will turn off the internal microphone, so if the external microphone is not available, the internal microphone will fail, and eventually the whole microphone will fail. Now you unplug the external microphone and try to see if the internal microphone works?

      Gagngi First if you have Toppal (the small robot) try to uninstall it by going to OTA update/Other update/Feature update/No Voice Assistants. Download and install the No Voice Assistant updates. Or to test if the mic is working you can do as my friend in the video attached. In the calculator app introduce that code. If in that test the mic is working the problem is from permissions, software.

        Go behind the radio and make sure the jack for the external mic is completely snapped into the socket. Put a good amount of pressure on the plug when inserting it into the jack until you hear it make sort of a click noise letting you know it’s been pressed in all the way. It wasn’t working for me either until I did what I just explained. Could be a very easy fix.
