Previously, it was possible to set the screen size and the font size on this interface. After the update, only the font size can be changed minimally, which is not enough, since the letters on the 10-inch head unit are smaller than on a 6.5-inch phone (e.g. Waze, Sygic). Where can you adjust the screen size, because this is unacceptable???

Thank you for your help! I copied the sent material to a pen drive, then copied it to the head unit, unpacked it and changed the screen resolution from 160 to 240. Nothing happened. I restarted it, even then I didn't see any change. I must be screwing something up because I'm not a programmer. Unfortunately, the screen resizing still failed. I really miss that after updating to 3.0, 3.5 doesn't support this, they just dropped this option. When I bought the Dudu7 head unit, I praised the product to many of my acquaintances and friends, who followed my example and bought one for their car. Together with me, they are now annoyed because the font size of the navigation is very small compared to the size of the screen. I also tried resetting the head unit to factory settings, but I couldn't restore the 3.0 version, I still can't change the screen size and resolution. I unpacked the zip file I received, tried to scan it from USB, but nothing happens. Why? Is it possible for the developers to correct this with a software update? I'm asking for advice that works because I have to use Waze navigation every day and I'm already thinking about putting my phone back in the car because the letters on it are bigger.

I first tried 240 dpi, then 320 dpi, and finally 480 dpi, but the screen did not change, the small letters remained. I am sending photos of my head unit. After changing the DPI of the system

If you set the application to be in picture in picture(PIP) mode, the DPI of the application is fixed and unchanged.

If you open the app separately and display it in full screen:
The DPI of the system interface you usually see and the built-in application interface of the system are fixed and unchanged.
We cannot control the DPI of other applications, which are controlled by themselves. Some applications, such as Waze, may change their DPI with ro.sf.lcd.density, while others may not change their DPI either.

Hi again, just like you did a few months ago, I tried to update with new DPI values (from 240 to 360, then 480 and even 720). Unfortunately, nothing changes, the icons and text are still the same size in Waze and other apps.
My USB flash disk is recognised, the system reboot automatically and seems to do the update.
Am I missing something?
My HU is a dudu7 8/128 with the latest available system installed (v 250729).

After the flash drive is flashed, it will automatically backup the old (config.txt.previous) in the machine and open it with text to check the DPI value.

When I used version 3.0, after increasing the screen size, Waze's font size in the full-screen application was at least double that of the current one. I'm still using the navigation in full screen view, but the font size remains the original small size.

The default value for this attribute on my device is 200, but when I set it to 400, The DPI of the Waze has undergone significant changes
(The process of changing ro.sf.cd_density will generate a file named 'config. txt. previous', which stores the last value of ro.sf.lcd.density.)

The default value of this attribute on your device may be different from mine.
You can take a look at the values in the file config. txt. previous.
You can set the value of ro.sf.cd_density to be larger, and then try setting the DPI again through the above process.
