4G SIM not working

Hello everyone, iam new to this forum.

I have recently purchased DUDU7 13inch 12-512Gb version and installed. I use Airtel network India SIM card, but it doesn’t work with Dudu 7 and I tried other network services as well but it doesn’t work. The head unit shows the network signal as full and it fail to register to the network. Did anyone faced similar issue?

drivedynamix iam from Bangalore (South India). I purchased directly from Mekede-Mall online purchase.

I have a similar problem. I turn on the car, but the unit only connects to the network after I start driving; sometimes it takes two minutes, other times fifteen. But if I set the unit to power off instead of hibernate, I have 4G when I turn it on.
