Does my Dudu 7 have the 360 chip?

Same here and for that reason, I'm returning my device. I agreed with the seller that I can repurchase mine with the chip installed. There is a difference in the description of Dudu7 in the official Mekede store and the one in France for example. It is very misleading and I'm sure a lot of people have done this mistake, thinking that they can purchase the cameras later on for the system to work. I hope people see these posts before the purchase and not after, like many of us.

ik heb ook een probleem met mijn DUDU7 deze heb ik ingebouwd in mijn Dacia Duster Extreme uit 2023.vooraf uitgebreid contact gehad met de verkoper of mijn 360Camera's hier op zouden werken nou niet dus alleen mijn achteruitrij camera werkt , na ongeveer 35 keer contact te hebben gehad krijg ik nu als antwoord dat ik zelf maar een andere kabel moet aanschaffen.en voor een radio van 520 euro vind ik dit echt bizar.ben nu nog steeds op zoek naar een andere kabelboom

AndrewG No, there's no 360 chip on your DUDU7. It should show like the red circled part.

wwest2 I purchased my Dudu 7 off of AliExpress based off of SaabUnleashed YouTube video review. I never really cared about the 360 option so I’m not upset about it not having the chip installed. Does the 360° chip control anything else such as the ADAS function on the HD DVR camera?

Tswire You have to ask for the 360 camera module, if you don't ask, the version dudu 6,7 remains without 360 cameras.

Goedemorgen ik heb dus een DUDU7 met 360 chip is er iemand in Nederland die meer kennis heeft omtrent de benodigde kabelboom voor een Dacia Duster Extreme uit 2023 die mij hier mee zou kunnen helpen uiteraard tegen een vergoeding het liefst uit Zuid-Holland

I was misled like that too. No one anywhere says you have to solder a chip for the cameras to work. I purchased my device from Mekede. I have already dissuaded several of my friends from purchasing a device from Mekede.

TiL The device works, there are no cameras, because it is normal that they are factory-installed. The device arrives in a European warehouse without a 360° camera module. I don't see anything wrong with it. For me this is not an error, the error was that it was not written down anywhere. I don't rule out such a radio, unless someone wants to install 360 cameras. I won't use 360 cameras. dudu6 had a 360 camera module and I didn't use it. I don't feel cheated, knowing life, if you bought a radio from China and didn't ask about the 360 module, you would get a radio without a module because you have to ask about such things before buying.

It's bad that it doesn't say anywhere that the device is missing a 360 chip and adding it afterwards will be a hassle. It only says that 360 is not supported until 4/64, for the other versions it doesn't say that a chip is missing if you don't ask for it to be installed.
