I can't seem to get my canbus decoder to work. Mine is from Simple Soft RP5-FT-002. Unfortunately my car Alfa Romeo Giulietta is not choosable. I tried XP(Simple) - Fiat - Bravo with no luck. Please help.

Thank you! Door recognition is working fine. But the trips and A/C isn't working. Tried all other models but no more features either.
