Recent calls don't recognize phone number saved in contacts

Some of the contacts have saved country code and some doesn't.

Recent calls should use phone number without country code for recognization

На российских номерах тоже самое. Можно сделать чтобы определялся номер которые записаны в телефонной книге и начинаются на +7... и 8...
