This pertains to the dudu controller with 4 square buttons and 4 small colored dots on each switch (red, green, blue and yellow) and one center button and it has a rubber strap attached to it.
First, did you put a battery in it?
It takes a 2032 battery. There is a small door you have to slide open where the band latch is located. That door locks the band latch in place also. The battery + is marked inside the door.
Second with battery in go to the Bluetooth settings on the launcher and scan for new devices. It should pick it up right away. It will show as an address when it connects.
Third once connected go to SWC settings I think under Other Settings, select SWC and you will see program instructions long press or short press. Along with functions. Set the buttons up the way you want and they should work right away.
Once connected it will automatically connect everytime you start your vehicle with out having to go into Bluetooth. It really works nice.
