When you open file manager app, WiFi is automatically turning off.
Preconditions:
You have to be connected to any WiFi network
Steps to reproduce:
- Open file manager
Expected result
WiFi is still turned on
Current result:
Wifi is turning off
Opening "Files" app turns off the WiFi

See if you are switching on wireless transmission, if so, it will automatically switch off the WIFI
