The screen has a touch disorder and then goes completely dark. After a few days of touch screen problems, I tried everything, even rebooted the OS 3.5 firmware on November 18, 2024 but still couldn't fix it and today the lights have officially turned off completely.
I hope to get warranty and fix the problem.
