Font size is too big in radom positions

I have various positions where I spoted abnormally looking font sizes. I happens in many apps, that look normal on my phone or other tablet.

DPI has not been touched
Option "Other -> Lab -> Upscale Setting Elements" is off

I just can say it everyday again. We need an UI scaling so we can choose how big or small everything is.
And for me that is more important as translation.
