Android upper bar

Is it possible to customize the upper android bar (the one that appears when you swipe from upper edge not Dudu Launcher upper bar)?
There is home button, time, mobile data status, volume, recent apps and back buttons.
I would like to move recent apps and back buttons to the left side so I don't have to reach them.

Gwinambele You'll have to edit the System UI itself, and it is not a simple task, but a hard one.

So it can't be done in settings somewhere? All I want is just move icons to the left side.

As far as I know, there's no setting for that.
