We would like to address some common concerns regarding vehicle information and share our future plans with you.
Air Conditioning Display and Control
The ability to display and control your car's air conditioning system depends on two factors: your car model and the compatibility of your canbus box. To quickly check if your vehicle supports this feature, download the touchscreen assistant app from our application store, which includes a standard FYT air conditioning control interface. If the app fails to display data or allow you to control the air conditioning, it's likely that your original vehicle CANBUS does not support these functions. However, for certain models, a customized canbus box can enable both display and remote control of the air conditioning.
Vehicle Information Adaptation
If the standard application shows your vehicle information or air conditioning data, but our interface does not, it means we have not yet adapted our system for your specific model. To help us address this, please provide the following details:
- Brand and type of canbus box you are using
- Make and model of your car
We will include your request in our adaptation plan and work on supporting your vehicle.
Deep Integration Plans
Our current deep integration efforts are primarily focused on domestic models, and we mainly use raise's canbus boxes due to the limited usage of Simple HiWorld canbus boxes in China. However, we have set a goal to complete the adaptation process for canbus boxes from Volkswagen, Toyota, Honda, General Motors, Hyundai, Simple, and HiWorld by December. This will enable us to support most popular models sold in international markets. Rest assured that our vehicle integration efforts are an ongoing process and will continuously improve, requiring only software updates through the application store, without the need for system updates.
