Canbus problems Ford Transit V363 2016

Hello,

finally my Canbus adapter arrived with the wires.

I plugged it in, and additionally i have to change 3 pins at the car wires because of wrong pinning.

But now I don't get it working. As you can see in the video there is something going on but no steering wheel buttons are working then anything else.

And the Systems says "Unknown Can Bus box.

I bought all directly from Mekede / Dudu on Ali but now I'm at the end of my knowlegde.

I Hope that there are some guys which can help me solving this issues.
