  • Screenshot popup notification taken in the screenshot

Hi. I am currently facing a bug of the screenshot function in the new control center.

When I try to take a screenshot by clicking the button in the control center, the screenshot notification popup that's not supposed to be taken shows in the picture.
It doesn't happen all the time, but I don't have a clue of the exact situation or cause for the bug since it happens randomly. Also, this happens frequently so I'm taking a screenshot through the menu in the upper navibar. By this method, this bug doesn't happen.

This bug happened in the previous 240821 version, and it keeps happening although I flashed the 240810 update with a clean install.

The first picture shows the screenshot taken from upper status bar menu, and the second picture shows the same one but taken from the control center.

The last picture shows my DUDU7 unit's current system information. Please take this into consideration.

    Does this issue occur in the system version 241008 of your device?

    I tested in system version 241008 and did not reproduce this issue.

        caolz Yes, on 241008, it happens randomly. I mentioned this in the post, but I see that there's a mistake in the version I clean flashed that I wrote. It was 241008.

          I tried the screenshot button today, and it happened again. Is there any way to take the log for the control center to find out what's causing this?


          I have encountered the same issue. I also mentioned earlier in the telegram channels, that when a "settings widget" is on top in the settings or a sub-screen from one of the settings pages (any: car, home, audio, etcetera), pressing the time option for a screenshot, brings the settings app back in the top-level screen (car, home, audio, etcetera).
          On 0927, on 1008 and on 1022.

            I think I have seen that kind of thing when I took screenshot that way. It looks like setting menu may affect this screenshot problem since most of the screenshots with this issue is taken when the setting is open or running in the background.

            Well, the steange thing is that on the minimalize mode, the issue also happened.

                I forgot to mention that, but I always run in dual-pip mode with hidden widgets. I tried all possible options I could think off, and this is now my preferred layout.
                But if you run the Settings apk, it always runs in full-screen mode. On top of everything.

                The screenshot issue is related to NavBar.
                Please update NavBar and try again.

                    caolz Where I can get the update for the NavBar? In the Appstore, there's no update for anything, even the beta version.

                    This is the currently installed version of NavBar, which is shown as 1.002126(1002126).

                        You need to wait for the release of the new version of NavBar.
